Kolbrina Fitness is not your average workout - it's built for those who crave more. We blend strength and conditioning with outdoor training, breaking free from the walls of a traditional gym to harness the power of nature. Every class is unique - challenging your body, engaging your mind.

Kolbrina Fitness was born out of simple need - outdoor workouts with the perfect balance of building muscle and endurance. What started as a personal pursuit quickly grew into something bigger.
But what really sets us apart is how we challenge both body and mind, pushing you to step outside your comfort zone, reaching new limits. You'll build resilience, and discover what you're truly capable of, never falling into a routine that feels stale.

Whether you're flipping tires, sprinting across field with weighted ropes or working reps until muscle failure, you'll be surrounded by like- minded individuals who lift each other up - literally and figuratively.

CLASS FORMATS
Mondays & Fridays are Full Body days. It's designed to challenge both your muscles and endurance in one high energy session. Burn fat, build muscle and boost overall performance.
​
Tuesdays are Upper Body focus. Working upper body strength, power and muscle endurance. It's a mix of weights, body weight movement and explosive exercises.
​
Wednesdays are Lower Body focus. My personal favorite, we focus on the development of lower body power through a combination of progressive overload and muscle endurance.
​
Thursdays are Full Body Muscle Endurance. On Thursdays we do reps, reps and more reps. One of the most important and underrated formats. It builds strength and muscle, enhances your endurance, boosts your metabolism and develops mental toughness.
​
Saturdays are Endurance and Conditioning. This is a cardio day where you push your limits, testing your endurance, power and agility
​
Sundays are Strength/Muscle. It's the Lord's day so we REP, REP & REP. Muscles grow, the mind stays tough, rise each time the work feels rough. Power builds, you stand up tall, Strength is earned - give it your all! AMEN.

30 minute clinics
Saturdays Glute clinic are specifically geared towards building/developing glutes. This is for anyone wanting that peach pump but on a time crunch.
​
Sundays Core clinic are all about abs, obliques and lower back. It's great for strength, mind to muscle connection and preventing injury
